As an integrative counsellor, I draw from different therapeutic models depending on your needs and what feels most helpful for you. I’m particularly influenced by person-centred and mindfulness-based approaches, which means I offer a grounded, compassionate presence and a deep respect for your inner wisdom. I aim to help you stay connected to the present moment while gently exploring the thoughts and feelings that arise.
Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences more deeply, make sense of your emotions, and find meaning and direction in the challenges you’re facing.

Whether you're navigating a painful loss, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or trying to understand who you are and what matters to you, I offer a warm, confidential space to explore these experiences at your own pace.
My aim is to help you reconnect with your own inner resources, gain clarity, and grow in ways that feel authentic and lasting.
