About Me

My
Story

My path into counselling began with my own personal journey. Like many, I’ve faced difficult times, and through reflection and learning, I came to better understand my thoughts and feelings - and how they connected to key relationships and experiences.

Talking about my experiences helped me gain clarity and shifted how I saw myself, others, and the world. Over time, I replaced self-criticism with greater kindness and understanding.

I often ask: Would you speak to a friend the way you speak to yourself? For many of us, the answer is no. Being kind to ourselves can be harder than being kind to others - yet it’s essential for healing and growth.

Facing my own challenges taught me resilience. It wasn’t always easy, but those struggles helped me grow. I continue to value self-awareness, reflection, and compassion - not in pursuit of perfection, but to live more authentically. This mindset shapes how I work with clients: with openness, empathy, and encouragement.

Nature also plays a big part in my process. Being outdoors - walking, noticing, grounding - offers space to reflect and reconnect. This calm, grounding presence continues to influence how I support others.

I believe we all have the capacity to grow, heal, and find meaning - even in life’s hardest moments. At the heart of my work is empathy: creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and truly valued.

I work with a wide range of clients and have a particular interest in self-exploration, personal and professional growth, and the deeper questions around identity, purpose, and meaning. Whether you’re feeling stuck, lost, or simply ready for something to shift, I’m here to walk alongside you.
